Business Developement

Job Description:

1. Building channel and business developement of educational institutions, which include study-abroad application service providers/agencies, language training institutions, and international schools, etc;

2. Probe and analyse customers' needs, and discover cooperation opportunities;

3. Conduct product training for teachers of relevant institutions, and conduct sales activities for interested students;

4. Timely collect feedbacks from contracted students of the cooperative institutions and keep updating;

5. Timely cooperate and communicate across departments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, good image;

2. Excellent public relations skills and communication skills, strong data analysis skills

3. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and efficient execution;

4. Be devoted to market work and education industry;

5. Excel at in product training, with good communication and service awareness.

University Outreach and Innovation Specialist

Job Description:

1. According to the company's strategic requirements, and the launch of Innovation &Practice Programme for the Cultivation of High-level Internationalized Talents, carry out contact, communication, negotiation, signing and subsequent relationship maintenance with domestic universities (first-rate universities, provincial key universities);

2. Communicate with local education authorities and institutions (including universities), and carry out follow-up work in a timely manner to make sure the projects are on the track correctly and smoothly;

3. Effectively grasp the dynamic information of customers, draw up and adjust detailed schemes according to customer requirements;

4. Assist in the planning, organizating and executing of cooperative universities projects and various activities;

5. Complete other tasks required by the department and the leaders.

Requirements:

1. With strong understanding and certain understanding in China's education, relevant work experience is preferred;

2. Bachelor degree or above, with a broad international vision

3. With strong communication skills and independent problem-solving skills, business trips are accepted;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and teamwork abilities, able to work under pressure.
